Submissions close 30 November 2024 (AEDT)


SUBMISSION STEPS

  1. Ensure you have registered for IGCC 2025 by November 30th, 2025. Abstracts submitted by delegates not registered by the close of abstract submission will not be considered for the conference proceedings.

  2. Download the abstract proforma provided above.

  3. Complete all sections of the abstract proforma in the format provided.

  4. Save the proforma, adding the last name and first initial of the presenting author to the filename as requested.

  5. Email the completed abstract in pdf format by clicking the ‘Submit an Abstract here’ button above or email it directly to jex.a@wehi.edu.au with the subject header “IGCC2025abstract”

  6. You will receive an email confirmation from the conference organisers once it has been received. This may take 24-48 hours during standard business days. Please check your email junk file in case it has been captured there.

  7. Should you wish to make any changes to your abstract after you have submitted it, please email jex.a@wehi.edu.au by no later than the abstract submission deadline (November 30, 2024 AEDT).

COMMITTEE REVIEW

The Conference Committee will review all submissions before selecting the presentations which will be included in the conference program.

ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION

Once the reviewing has been completed the conference organisers will notify abstract presenters of their acceptance. Specific presentation instructions will be included in the notification.
